For years, we've been wanting a screened-in porch on the back of our house, but we had some architectural challenges that made us think it would never be possible. Mercer Home Solutions came up with a perfect solution for us! Working with Mark was a pleasure. From our first meeting, he made us feel like he understood our concerns and also appreciated the quirks of an 85-year old house with unusual roof lines. He made suggestions and had ideas that eliminated all of our hesitations. Communicating with Mark was easy - he responded quickly to all of our questions, contacted us almost daily during the actual building to let us know what had been done that day and what to expect the next day. His workers were respectful of our neighbors and our quiet neighborhood and they cleaned up the work site every day. It was fun to come home each night and see the great progress that had been made that day. We especially appreciated his dependability - he did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Mark is creative and a perfectionist and that reflects in his work and in the work of his subcontractors. He integrated the porch into our house so that it looks like it's always been there, something that was very important to us. We are looking forward to spending many summer evenings in our new, bug-free room and we will certainly call Mercer Home Solutions for any future projects. May 2011
